Richard L. Bybee, CIC -- President
Rick has over forty years experience in the insurance agency. Beint a strong believer in the importance of continuing education he obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC) in 1976, one of the first fifteen insurance agents in Illinois to obtain that professional designation. Twenty hours of continuing education is required every year to maintain the CIC designation. The primary source for that training is through the James K. Ruble Graduate Studies program, affiliated with the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Rick is a Past President of the Illinois Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA), His father Dale R. Bybee was Past President of the Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Agents, predicessor to the PIA.
Marianne C. Peters, CIC -- Secretary/Treasurer
Marianne is Rick's sister and equal partner in Bybee Insurance, Inc., with over 35 years experience in the agency. Marianne is also a strong believer in the importance of continuing education and is also a long time member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Marianne also relies upon the James K. Ruble Seminars as her annual source of continuing education.
